This does not include traction control or a tune but it does have the map and ait sensor to switch to speed density. AEM with boost control solenoid = 1700ish depending on the vendor. Again there is no traction control or tune in this price. This doesnt even include the sensors for switching to a speed density system. A typical setup includes:

All that together is 700. A switch can be wired so you can switch between an e85/race fuel map and a pump gas map. A standalone is not needed for that. Now the standalones can be found cheaper if they are used or you get a package deal, the prices above are new prices. I have no doubt that standalones are better for performance and safety features but whether its worth the additional cost is everyones own opinion.
